I don't know why it is but my favorite paleo youtube videographers all play soothing, mysterious, even haunting background music to their videos. I cannot get enough of it.

Sometimes when I need distraction and I need to sleep, I will put on one of their videos just to hear the soul soothing background music. (disclaimer, their videos are very good and not boring at all).
